Born and raised in Brilliant. Graduated from BHS in 1965. Uncle Sam called me to duty in Vietnam that same year and I was homeported out of Pearl Harbor. Have lived in Hawaii for the last 46 years but my heart will always have found memories of growing up in Brilliant and the many friends who still live there.

I have lived in the Brilliant and Wells Twp all of my life. I live in an urban area now and will be glad when the stripping is over around here. I graduated from Brilliant High School in 1966. I married my sweetheart Fran Kay Jasenec and she also graduated in 1966.

I now live in Mesa, Az. Was born and raised in Toronto/Steubenville. was 82 years old Saturday. I am Auver Mike's 3rd great grandson. Lived on Main St in Toronto for several years. Next dooor neighbor was the Campbells. They were also related to Auver. Didn't know it till years later. They had four children, Robert, Wm., Thomas & Kathleen. Any relation. Bob Fingers

back again i found aver michael myers ,indian scout at tronto union cem. he is in my family line ,by way of joe bell,s mother hannah myers bell.at least 50 years dad took me there and show me the grave marker shaped like the washing moument.called a needle or obelius.to my suprise on the frount of the marker ismike myers indian ssout .his story in part appears in THE DARK AND BLOODY RIVER that acounts the war that opened ohio to white settlers.georage washington land grants were given to men who fought in the war of independence.many of you reading this come from families that 6 or7 generations back founded ohio. many of these families also have an indian ancestor or two i think you would enjoy your seach for your history- happy hunting-liz bell
